Hello! My name is Jenn and I’m the owner of Jenn’s Flow Aristry.
I’m a disabled, self-taught abstract artist who has dabbled in various areas including drawing, photography, and jewelry making. I began abstract painting in 2019 when the COVID-19 outbreak began and many places were under quarantine.
The paintings themselves are a precise mixture of acrylic paint, and paint conditioner which can also include specific amounts of water. At times I will choose to create something that is recognizable. A double coat of resin is applied once the piece is dry for a brilliant shine. I would describe my art as carefree, whimsical, unique, and bold wall art appropriate for any room or office.
The earrings I make are made from leftover paint known as “skins” from the fluid art paintings I make. Sometimes I will intentionally create things, but most of the time it’s however the paint decides to reveal itself.
After the skins dry/cure for at least a week, I then pick the best designs and cut them out by hand. I use various sizes (3) ranging between 22-17 mm round glass cabochon and a stainless-steel bezel for the earrings.
Each set is unique, and no one will ever share the same paintings or earrings as you.
In my free time I enjoy being outside during the summer months, self-education and awareness, creating, and spending time with loved ones including my two cats, Luna and Felix.
