As a multidisciplinary artist with a BFA in Visual and Contemporary Art, I delve into the complexities of human experience through a diverse range of mediums and techniques. My practice is rooted in hyperrealism, where I meticulously render the intricacies of the human form and everyday life, inviting viewers to confront the familiar and find the extraordinary within. I also experiment with sculpture, incorporating unconventional materials like fabric, cement, and other complex elements to challenge perceptions and push boundaries.
Through my art, I seek to uncover the essence of my subjects – whether it’s a portrait, a still life, or an abstract concept – and create a dialogue between the artwork and the viewer. I’m drawn to the emotional resonance of the human experience, exploring themes of identity, connection, and the search for meaning. By combining traditional techniques with innovative approaches, I aim to craft pieces that are both visually striking and thought-provoking, encouraging viewers to reflect on their own narratives and find a part of themselves in my work.
Ultimately, my art is a journey of discovery – for myself and for those who engage with it. It’s an exploration of the human condition, with all its complexities, vulnerabilities, and triumphs.
