Kristian Day is a writer, producer, and showrunner who came up from below the line, working in every department except food styling. He focuses his storytelling on topics such as identity, subcultures, and counter cultures He spent the last fifteen years working in both scripted, unscripted, and commercial projects. Kristian’s original series, The Last American Gay Bar, a six episode limited series about Iowa’s gay history and the loss of identity, premiered July of 2024 on OUTtv. Taken Together: Who Killed Lyric and Elizabeth, a three part limited true crime he produced, premiered Aug 8th on HBO Max.
