The Des Moines Arts Festival invites regional artists and arts organizations to submit proposals for an interactive public art project to convert 6,371 vinyl records into a public art project that will create conversation and connection to the community. The project is to be executed by the guests of the Festival during the annual event June 28-30, 2024.
