The George Daily Auditorium in Oskaloosa invites performers high school age and up, of all experience levels, to audition for our summer production of The Three Musketeers—a fast-paced, physically dynamic swashbuckling fantasia. Rehearsals will be held 1-4 times a week from June to July 2026, and performances will be held on August 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Building on the statewide success of 2024’s The Hobbit, this production continues our commitment to bold storytelling, original design, live music, and meaningful community participation.

We are specifically casting action performers who don’t necessarily deliver lines but who will bring the script’s 32 fights to life. Last summer, we trained and certified 26 individuals in Rapier/Dagger or Single Sword to get a head start.  We are especially looking for athletic individuals who may or may not have spent much time on stage but are comfortable with fast-paced movement! No stage combat experience is required; training will be provided by Society of American Fight Directors Certified Teacher Jason Tipsword.
