The City of Des Moines Parks and Recreation Department seeks an artist/artist teams living, working, or operating a business in the following Central Iowa counties: Polk, Dallas, Madison, Warren, Marion, Jasper, Marshall, Story, and Boone to create a design for a court mural that will be implemented by a nationally known organization on the basketball and futsal courts at Cheatom Park.
