The City of Cedar Rapids and Cedar Rapids’ Public Art Commission (PAC) seek a community-focused artist/artist team to develop and facilitate community workshops that engage the Wellington Heights neighborhood to create a cohesive and vibrant artistic identity across a 0.75 mile stretch of 15^th Street SE. This project will involve the design and installation of three key components: a sidewalk mural, an artistic curb extension mural, and bus shelter artwork.
