A developer is seeking artists or art teams for sculpture work to be installed in a business park in Johnston, Iowa. The area will be developed in phases, expanding annually over the next 12 years.
The sculptures will be displayed outdoors near walking trails to enhance the business park. The work must be suitable for all types of weather.
The developer will purchase and own the artwork. Given that this is a long-term project, the developer is interested in negotiating with the artist to be paid per piece of work.
