The City of Windsor Heights and Bravo Greater Des Moines are seeking a mural artist to create a new mural that will share city pride and is playful and uplifting. Consider that the artwork will be seen by walkers, bikers, and drivers, with parking directly in front of mural wall. The wall for the mural is on the west-facing wall of the building that is visible from University Ave. The design will also be continued on ceiling under the south-facing awnings.
