To create a mural very visible entering the town’s historic business district. It is on the rear of a building on an alley with unrestricted views from a main street. The cement block building (see photo) has varied surfaces, which will affect the design.  The main portion is about 11′ x 45′ and the side is about 17′ long. The diagonal downspout on the side must remain in place. The selection process will go through a committee, and submissions should not be controversial nor political in nature. The surface will be prepared, clean and ready to paint.
