IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Event Date/Time: Sunday, May 17, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Application Deadline: March 6
• Artist Notification: March 12
• Jury Fee: $20 (non-refundable)
• Booth Fee: $150 (10×20)
• Additional Booth Fee: $100 (extra 10×20 adjacent space, while space lasts)
• Booth Fee Deadline: If accepted, booth fees and proof of insurance are due in full by May 1

ARTIST SERVICES

• 20ft wide x 10 ft deep exhibition space
• Sunday morning set-up & evening tear-down
• Coffee & donuts prior to show start
• Booth-sitters during event
• Free parking in one of the many lots off 4th and 6th streets

AWARDS

• Best of Show: $500
• Best 2D: $250
• Best 3D: $250
• All awarded artists are invited to attend the 2027 Valley Junction Arts Festival exempt from booth fees and the jury process.

BOOTH INFORMATION

• Booth rental fees are for exhibition space only.
• Artists are responsible for supplying all equipment and materials for their booth set-up including tent, tables, chairs, displays, product, etc.
• Weights are required for each tent due to the possibility of wind gusts.
• Power is limited and not available unless needed for demonstration purposes
• Artists are responsible for all set-up and tear-down of booths.
• Artists are not allowed to share a booth.

JURY PROCESS

• The jury process will take place between the application deadline and the artist notification date.
• The jury is composed of the Valley Junction Arts Committee.
• The 47 artists that score the highest will be accepted, and the 3 winning artists from last year are invited free of the jury process, for a total of 50 artists.
