Mainframe Studios

Mainframe Studios, the largest nonprofit studio building in the nation, provides affordable workspace and fosters creative communities in central Iowa. Mainframe is home to 8 arts and culture nonprofits and 200 artists working in over 30 disciplines. Mainframe hosts monthly First Friday Open Studio events from 5-8pm, offers exhibition and professional development sessions for all career levels of artists, and provides K-12 art field trips and art making experiences. Art happens here, and Mainframe is open daily from 10am-5pm to explore.
