I grew up in a small town on the eastern plains of Colorado, and home for me became an empty field and a small farmhouse in the distance. But I spent my adulthood in Denver and lost much of that connection with rural life. When I moved to Ankeny Iowa in 2022, I was able to reconnect with my passion for the land. I began focusing my work on colorful and enchanting landscapes, inviting viewers to be transported to another world, full of wonder and whimsy.
