North River Arts Council, Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed to promote art, serve artists, and bring art’s economic impact to the communities of Warren County, Iowa, including Carlisle, Indianola and Norwalk. We do that by providing educational opportunities for artists and art lovers, and by creating a place for art to thrive.
